Description

You will conduct security assessments and manage risk within cloud-native environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments and evaluate compliance against regulatory frameworks.
• Execute third-party audits and security assessments.
• Apply secure coding practices and conduct application security testing.
• Integrate security controls into modern deployment methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
• Communicate technical security issues to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in information security or risk assessments.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or ISO 27001.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and container security.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Security certifications such as CISSP or CISA.
