This role focuses on ensuring organizational resilience through testing and continuity planning.

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps or failures in testing outcomes and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Perform manual data validation and reporting, including exporting, transforming, and verifying test results.
  • Make informed decisions based on test data, exercise outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Apply Business Continuity concepts during testing and exercising scenarios.

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years of related experience in planning, documentation, and operational resilience activities.
  • Understanding of Business Continuity planning and testing concepts.
  • Experience with Manual Data Validation and Testing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Business Continuity tools (e.g., Fusion Risk Management).
  • Ability to work effectively in agile environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
