Responsibilities
- Identify gaps or failures in testing outcomes and recommend actionable solutions.
- Perform manual data validation and reporting, including exporting, transforming, and verifying test results.
- Make informed decisions based on test data, exercise outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.
- Apply Business Continuity concepts during testing and exercising scenarios.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of related experience in planning, documentation, and operational resilience activities.
- Understanding of Business Continuity planning and testing concepts.
- Experience with Manual Data Validation and Testing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Business Continuity tools (e.g., Fusion Risk Management).
- Ability to work effectively in agile environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
