Description

You will work with Agile development teams and Central Government customers to investigate business situations and evaluate solutions for system and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities to find effective business solutions.
• Manage the requirements process from initial capture through to change control.
• Plan and facilitate effective workshops to define stakeholder objectives and underlying issues.
• Own specific areas of work including planning, risk identification, and regular reporting to the project manager.
• Collaborate with clients and users to define acceptance tests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Active SC Clearance (used within last 12 months with 12+ months validity) OR ability to be SC clearable (5+ years UK residency with no more than 6 months total travel outside the UK in the last 5 years).
• Must not be a dual national.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in stakeholder analysis, including mapping influence, impact, and commitment.
• Strong skills in requirements management and functional analysis.
• Proven ability in planning and identifying risks.
• Degree level education.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with Central Government.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites.
