Description

You will manage, configure, and troubleshoot network security infrastructure and incident response processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, zones, and address books.
• Investigate and mitigate security incidents using network traffic analysis, log files, and automated alerts.
• Perform firewall auditing, ACL reviews, and vulnerability assessments using manual techniques and scanners.
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to resolve technical issues before OEM escalation.
• Conduct risk and impact analysis while documenting dependencies for internal and customer teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama management.
• Deep technical knowledge of Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, FXOS, and Cisco ISE.
• Proficiency with Cisco ISE for VPN authentication, AAA, and policy creation.
• Experience managing security technologies including VPNs, IDS/IPS, and RSA SecurID.
• Working knowledge of Symantec DLP and Cisco IronPort Web/Mail Security Gateways.
• Familiarity with routing protocols and TACACS/AAA solutions.
• Experience operating within ITIL processes.
• Ability to participate in on-call support rotations.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of F5 load balancers.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions including AV, HIPS, and hard disk encryption.
