Description

Manage software security across the RDK stack in embedded Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure coding practices, threat analysis, and encryption technologies.
• Develop and debug software within embedded Linux systems.
• Manage open source components and enforce security requirements.
• Communicate technical security findings and requirements clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software security or embedded development.
• Strong embedded Linux development and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
• Knowledge of cyber security issues and threat modeling.
• Experience with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Yocto or OpenEmbedded.
