Description

Design and implement network security infrastructures to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan security systems by evaluating network and security technologies.
• Develop security requirements for LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls, and related network security devices.
• Design public key infrastructures (PKIs), including the use of certification authorities (CAs), digital signatures, and associated hardware and software.
• Integrate cyber security technologies with existing enterprise systems.
• Interpret business strategies to determine appropriate security courses of action.

Required Skills

• Experience with LAN, WAN, and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on management of firewalls, routers, and network security devices.
• Knowledge of certification authorities (CAs) and digital signatures.
• Experience implementing cyber security technologies with enterprise-wide impact.
• CISSP, CEH, or similar security certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Less than 5 years of technical cyber security experience or equivalent project leadership experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project leadership experience in lieu of direct technical tenure.
