Description

You will consult on security architecture and implementation across distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls aligned with regulatory compliance and security standards.
• Develop and maintain automated security testing procedures including unit, regression, and performance tests.
• Apply object-oriented design principles when developing application security features.
• Analyze and address security vulnerabilities in multi-tiered application designs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application design and software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or comparable experience.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy & Protection (GDPR, DPP) and Data Security Management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture concepts (e.g., Kafka, webhooks).
• Experience utilizing CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for Cloud Deployment.
• Knowledge of Application Development & Security best practices.
