Description

You will own the administration, provisioning, and security of the organization's endpoint device management infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage device provisioning using Windows AutoPilot and configure device-based policies, applications, and settings.
• Administer MDM environments, specifically focusing on Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, and Jamf.
• Deploy operating system images, software packages, and security patches across Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Develop and maintain endpoint operating system infrastructure through regular tuning and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Automate software packaging and deployment using scripting methods.
• Monitor systems and application logs to verify scheduled jobs and identify potential security intrusions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or administration.
• Mastery of Microsoft Intune, including policy configuration and reporting via Graph Explorer and API.
• Hands-on experience with Windows AutoPilot and device provisioning workflows.
• Proficiency with Ivanti provisioning and Jamf macOS management.
• Strong knowledge of CrowdStrike security platforms.
• Experience managing Azure AD components.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch scripting for application deployment.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• BS in Computer Science.
