Description

You will provide strategic and tactical security guidance for secure application development and evaluate technical controls.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide security guidance for development teams, including evaluating and recommending technical controls.
• Integrate application security tools directly into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Manage automated security testing tools, including SAST, DAST, and Software Composition Analysis (SCA).
• Troubleshoot security issues within complex technical environments.
• Implement technical security solutions within a large enterprise environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Application Security Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience implementing technical solutions in a large enterprise (150K+ employees).
• 2+ years of experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• 1+ year of experience writing SQL queries.
• 1+ year of experience building and managing MS SQL or Oracle databases, including data feeds and ETL.
• Expert understanding of OWASP Top 10 and SANS/CWE Top 25 risks.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience developing in Java, .NET, C#, JavaScript, or other modern OOP languages.
