Description

You will manage email security infrastructure and network threat detection systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco Email Gateway (Ironport) to manage email security and resolve false positive or negative detections.
• Manage McAfee antivirus deployment, console accounts, policy settings, and threat prevention.
• Execute patch management workflows, including patch selection, installation, testing, and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve emerging threats and vulnerabilities using packet analysis.
• Mentor junior team members on network security operations and technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Email Gateway (Ironport) and McAfee.
• Experience with Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS).
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, VLANs, SPANs, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP packet analysis.
• Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Ability to manage antivirus encryption and optimized deployment.
