You will manage complex security issues across a geographically dispersed organization, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and self-manage security issues within the organization.
• Consult on data access, integrity, confidentiality, and business continuity.
• Partner with development teams to remediate security defects.
• Enforce secure coding practices within banking and financial services applications.
• Conduct security assessments and threat analysis to mitigate risk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Background as an Application Secure Code Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Application Security Coding.
• Experience with Static Analysis Software Testing (SAST).
• Experience with Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST).
• Proficiency with Black Duck tools.
• Experience implementing Secure SDLC methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of bug bars.
• Understanding of threat analysis and risk assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate security solutions.
