Description

Act as the subject matter expert for CrowdStrike deployments and vulnerability management operations within a multi-region Azure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CrowdStrike Falcon installation, feature sets, and new implementations.
• Maintain the Tenable deployment for enterprise-wide vulnerability scanning and configuration.
• Support the Microsoft 365 E5 environment and troubleshoot complex technical issues across information systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation scheduled for one week per month.
• Work independently on software installation, testing, and documentation while communicating with technical specialists.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in EDR platform management.
• 2+ years of experience managing the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting end-user issues.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure IaaS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 E5 environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience with Tenable vulnerability management.
• 2 years of experience in general vulnerability management.
