Description

Manage and maintain core security controls and hardware platforms across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, platforms, and core application management including security control upgrades.
• Monitor, manage, and tune core security controls to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver metrics and reports for vulnerability management and preventive controls.
• Participate in Agile processes to incrementally improve security controls and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT groups, Information Security teams, and business units to coordinate security efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or related roles.
• Experience with Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
• Experience with Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Experience with Security Incident Event Management (SIEM).
• Proficiency with Proxy, DLP, and Email gateway technologies.
• Experience with Endpoint Detection Response (EDR) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Knowledge of security control frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, or PCI.
• Ability to use PowerShell or Python for scripting.
• Skills in certificate management and troubleshooting.
