Description

You will lead the delivery and management of the on-premise HashiCorp Vault Enterprise secrets management service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital secrets, including authentication methods, secrets engine onboarding, and policy enforcement.
• Deploy and maintain highly available, resilient configurations integrated with MS-AD, monitoring, backup, and SIEM.
• Translate senior management policies into technical requirements and implementable engineering documents.
• Design solutions based on business requirements and lead engineers to meet established objectives.
• Automate day-to-day tasks and develop regular reporting on key metrics and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience with HashiCorp Vault Enterprise edition.
• 4-5 years of experience with Terraform for Infrastructure and Configuration Management as Code.
• 4-5 years of experience with Python and REST-API.
• 4-5 years of experience with Bash scripting and automation.
• 4-5 years of experience with RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 System Administration.
• 4-5 years of experience with SELinux.
• 4-5 years of experience in engineering/operating solutions in full HA across multiple data centers.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect and leading teams.
• 1-3 years of experience with DevOps tooling including Git, Jenkins, and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years of experience with Splunk and Splunk Query Creator.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and non-human identity strategies.
