Description

You will own identity management, data protection, and incident response engineering across cloud and SaaS environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate IAM, SSO/MFA, and least-privilege models for AWS and SaaS platforms.
• Architect encryption, DLP, key management, and data-classification controls for PHI.
• Lead incident response, forensic investigations, and detection engineering using Splunk.
• Define security standards, automation scripts, and reference architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AWS security engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS IAM, Identity Center, Okta, and Entra.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and investigation tooling.
• Experience with SQL for log and data analysis.
• Knowledge of DLP, KMS, HSM, and data-security architecture.
• Familiarity with DFIR tooling and SIEM (Splunk).

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or AWS Security.
