Description

You will secure and automate infrastructure through code and pipeline integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Automate CI/CD pipelines end-to-end from code commit to production.
• Develop, document, and implement CI/CD strategies for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) baselines.
• Manage systems reliability, load balancing, monitoring, and logging.
• Administer and performance tune application stacks including Tomcat, JBOSS, Apache, Ruby, and NGINX.
• Apply infrastructure testing strategies to maintain IaC integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience using Java and/or JavaScript.
• Proficiency with UNIX/Linux distributions using command line and GUI environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Ruby, Perl, Groovy, Shell scripts, or Helm.
• Deep understanding of networking technologies, specifically TCP/IP and the OSI model.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment workflows.
• Ability to work independently and within an open team environment.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills for peer and client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Helm for package management.
• Background in security engineering or infrastructure hardening.
