Description

You will serve as a security specialist focusing on incident response and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Analyze security incidents within a CIRT, CERT, CSIRC, or SOC environment.
• Identify and mitigate threats using malware detection and intrusion prevention tools.
• Execute vulnerability scanning and penetration testing to secure infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise antivirus, data loss prevention, and web application firewall systems.
• Document findings and communicate technical security issues clearly.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional IT experience.
• 1-3 years of direct experience in an analyst role within a SOC, CIRT, CERT, or CSIRC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience with scripting for security automation.
• Proficiency in enterprise antivirus management.
• Knowledge of data loss prevention (DLP) workflows.
• Experience with malware detection and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
• Experience configuring or managing web application firewalls (WAF).
