Description

You will design, deploy, and operate HashiCorp Vault within Kubernetes environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and sustain a Vault platform prioritizing reliability and scalability.
• Centrally store, access, and distribute secrets programmatically.
• Generate, rotate, and revoke certificates on demand.
• Distribute, rotate, enable, and disable keys.
• Enforce a secure software development lifecycle using DevSecOps practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating HashiCorp Vault in a Kubernetes container environment.
• 4+ years of experience with Vault platforms and tools (HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, or similar PAM/secrets management).
• 3+ years of experience in cloud container security.
• Expertise in Kubernetes security, RHCOS security, IAM security, and network security.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools including GitHub, Gitea, and Gitguardian.
• Knowledge of zero trust architecture, encryption, and data protection (in-transit and at rest).
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
