Own OT security governance, risk management, and incident response for plant operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Align site-level operational goals with corporate cybersecurity standards through dedicated liaison with SMEs.
• Maintain accurate OT asset inventories and conduct system boundary security assessments for network visibility.
• Lead incident triage and coordinate recovery plans tailored to the OT environment with an availability-first mindset.
• Oversee OT network segmentation, including planning firewall policies and approving configuration changes.
• Identify and remediate risks for non-compliant networks, IIoT devices, and legacy systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, network engineering, or controls engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Deep understanding of IT/OT protocols: TCP/IP, Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, PROFINET.
• Experience supporting OT/ICS environments in manufacturing or utilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience securing PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and Historians.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Python for data handling or log enrichment.
• Industrial security certifications such as GICSP, GRID, or GCIP.
