You will lead and manage incident response engagements, ensuring customer outcomes through delegation and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements, delegating and overseeing activities.
• Apply investigative workflows to analyze artifacts and maintain documentation for incident investigations.
• Support proactive security services delivery using data-driven insights to improve client security posture.
• Collaborate on developing new proactive service initiatives and improving service delivery models.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to technical and executive stakeholders during incidents.

Required Skills

• 4+ years in IT security with 2+ years in a consulting or customer-facing role.
• Proven experience managing customer expectations during incident response.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools like Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with EDR solutions like CrowdStrike.
• Experience handling incidents such as Business Email Compromise and Active Directory compromise.
• Knowledge of vulnerability exploits.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SentinelOne, Microsoft, or Rapid7.
