Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment, ensuring system health and resolving operational incidents.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SailPoint IIQ environment health, addressing events, warnings, alerts, and user inquiries.
• Manage ITSM case queues in ServiceNow to handle incidents, requests, and changes.
• Configure, stage, test, and troubleshoot SailPoint certifications and identity lifecycle processes.
• Analyze and socialize IIQ metrics, reports, and audit data requests using MS Excel and data management tools.
• Coordinate with development and business analysis teams to deploy SailPoint service modifications and facilitate UAT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management (IdAM) operations.
• Deep knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 8+) with enterprise-level operational support.
• Proficiency in BeanShell, Microsoft SQL, and SailPoint API.
• Experience troubleshooting IIQ application integrations including Logiplex, connectors, JDBC, delimited files, and API.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory for provisioning and authorization.
• Ability to manage aggregation, correlation, and provisioning tasks.
• Practical understanding of IdAM concepts: authentication, authorization, certification, identity lifecycle, and RBAC/ABAC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CyberArk Core PAS or similar PAM tools.
• Technical expertise in AWS, Linux/Unix, or Mainframe platforms.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, federation, and Azure DevOps.
