Good to Have Skills: React for frontend basics or full-stack exposure. Experience with AI/GenAI tools and GitHub Copilot to improve developer productivity and accelerate development workflows. Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms in cloud-native environments. Enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for security engineering workflows with validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute standard security solutions in accordance with existing playbooks to satisfy security requirements for internal clients including product, platform, and application owners.
• Design and develop secure backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot framework for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain secure REST APIs for both internal and external consumers following security best practices.
• Build and maintain microservices and distributed backend components to support scalable application architecture.
• Build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS implementing security best practices across infrastructure layers.
• Work on encryption, key management, and data protection solutions to ensure secure data handling.
• Contribute to threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, and audit readiness activities for security compliance.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and resilience through engineering best practices and monitoring solutions.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within SDLC/toolchain routines to strengthen security testing and control validation.

Experience Required: Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience. Strong hands-on experience in Java 17+ and Spring Boot microservices architecture. Experience with AWS services, distributed systems, and secure coding practices
