Description

You will perform hands-on security engineering, implementing controls and verifying adherence to application security standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Apply application security standards and verify adherence within systems.
• Conduct secure code reviews and troubleshoot complex system, network, and security issues.
• Develop and implement security controls across infrastructure.
• Utilize security monitoring tools (SIEM, log management) and networking tools (routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Strong development experience in Python.
• Proficiency with application security testing methodologies.
• Experience with AWS and GCP environments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Knowledge of computer and network security methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OWASP ASVS.
• Experience with compliance frameworks.
