Description

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot security solutions for complex distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review code written by others.
• Reduce security vulnerabilities by improving protocols and implementing control effectiveness assessments.
• Own end-to-end delivery of software features from inception through deployment with rigorous testing.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand security needs and recommend risk mitigations.
• Mentor engineers to strengthen team execution and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in software development and security engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS cloud architecture and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and software design.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Ability to debug complex distributed systems and identify root causes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with continuous delivery and operational support.
• Knowledge of application resiliency patterns.
