Description

You will own security posture assessments and remediation strategies across cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security posture assessments across GCP, AWS, and Azure to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps.
• Perform risk analysis and prioritize issues based on business impact to define and implement remediation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with security standards including NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
• Track remediation progress and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud security, with strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in AWS and/or Azure security services and configurations.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security frameworks: CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), RBAC, and least privilege models.
• Understanding of network security (VPCs, firewalls, VPNs) and data protection (encryption, key management).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native security tools (GCP Security Command Center, AWS GuardDuty/Security Hub, Azure Defender).
• Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR tools such as Splunk or Sentinel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vulnerability management tools like Qualys or Tenable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
