Description

You will manage the day-to-day operations of the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment, handling incidents, configurations, and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SailPoint IIQ environment health and address events, warnings, and alerts.
• Manage ServiceNow case queues to handle incidents, requests, and changes.
• Configure, stage, test, and troubleshoot SailPoint certifications.
• Analyze and socialize IIQ metrics, reports, and audit data.
• Coordinate with development teams to deploy service modifications and facilitate UAT.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in identity and access management (IdAM) operations.
• Enterprise-level knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 8+).
• Proficiency in BeanShell, Microsoft SQL, and SailPoint API.
• Experience troubleshooting IIQ integrations, including Logiplex, connectors, JDBC, and APIs.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory for authentication and provisioning.
• Practical understanding of IdAM concepts including RBAC/ABAC and identity lifecycle events.
• Ability to manage aggregation, correlation, and provisioning processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, automated testing tools, or CyberArk Core PAS.
• Technical expertise in SSO, MFA, federation, AWS, or Linux/Unix environments.
