You will design and build a next-generation Policy Based Access Control (PBAC) solution within the Identity & Access Management team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a PBAC framework across diverse infrastructure platforms and services.
• Develop, test, and deploy PBAC integrations for in-house and vendor-supplied applications.
• Implement secure policy-as-code using GitOps-based workflows.
• Create technical design documentation, including architectural diagrams and data flows.
• Present design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders via governance forums.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python development in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker or Podman.
• Experience deploying to Kubernetes platforms such as OpenShift or Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code frameworks like Rego or Prolog.
• Knowledge of secure authentication protocols including OIDC, SAML, and mTLS.
• Proficiency in shell scripting, SQL, and schema design with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Understanding of major IAM platforms and cloud providers including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Linux utilities and PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Cloud security certifications like Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator or AWS Security Specialty.
• Experience implementing PBAC frameworks or application-level authorization solutions.
