Description

You will build and deploy the firm’s next-generation Policy Based Access Control (PBAC) solution for infrastructure platforms and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PBAC solutions for in-house and vendor products using policy-as-code and GitOps.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate on-premise, cloud, and SaaS solutions with the firmwide PBAC system.
• Develop, test, and deploy PBAC integrations within CI/CD pipelines.
• Create detailed design documentation and present technical decisions to internal governance forums.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker or Podman).
• Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes (OpenShift or AKS).
• Proficiency in Python, GitOps, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of Linux OS, PowerShell, and shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with declarative languages like Prolog or Rego for policy-as-code.
• Implementation experience with secure authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML, mTLS).
• Knowledge of SailPoint Identity Now or IdentityIQ IGA solutions.
