Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment, ensuring system health and resolving incidents.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SailPoint IIQ environment health, addressing events, warnings, alerts, and user inquiries.
• Manage ServiceNow case queues to handle incidents, requests, and changes.
• Configure, stage, test, and troubleshoot SailPoint certifications and application integrations.
• Coordinate with development and business analysis teams to deploy SailPoint service modifications.
• Analyze IIQ metrics and reports, responding to audit and assessment data requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management (IdAM) operational support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 8+) in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in BeanShell, Microsoft SQL, and SailPoint API.
• Experience troubleshooting IIQ application integrations including Logiplex, connector, JDBC, delimited file, and API.
• Practical understanding of identity lifecycle events, RBAC/ABAC, authentication, and authorization.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory for provisioning and authentication.
• Adept at using MS Word, Excel, and data management tools for reporting.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CyberArk Core PAS or similar privileged access management (PAM) tools.
• Technical expertise with AWS, Linux/Unix, or Mainframe platforms.
