Description

You will manage identity and access management (IAM) systems, focusing on PingFederate and PingAccess implementations across Azure cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne SSO, and PingDirectory for secure access.
• Implement Single-Sign-On (SSO) using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols.
• Set up Identity Provider (IdP) and Service Provider (SP) connections, policies, selectors, and contract mappings.
• Monitor IAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and integrate monitoring solutions with dashboards.
• Manage privileged access controls, certificate renewals, and troubleshoot application issues via ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PingFederate and PingAccess.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC open protocols.
• Proficiency in Java or Python programming.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Scripting skills with ARM Templates and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS/SQL.
• Experience managing ServiceNow tickets and on-call support rotations (PagerDuty).
