Description

Drive the design, maturation, and roadmap for Identity Governance within the enterprise.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the entire development and operations lifecycle, from pre-production to production.
• Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts.
• Monitor key metrics and report on trends related to access and permissions.
• Contribute to engineering automation, management, or development of production-level systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Security.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
• Experience with Cloud Configuration and Technologies, including SAML, OIDC, PAM/RBAC, and Conditional Access.
• Proficiency in using task management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Familiarity with DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure; AWS is a plus.
• Experience in developing solutions for retail or eCommerce businesses.
