Description

You will bridge the gap between technical security teams and business stakeholders to define and implement information security requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes to identify security gaps and recommend specific improvements.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently while balancing competing priorities.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in information technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or technical writer role.
• Strong understanding of information security concepts, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience with project tracking tools like Jira.
• Proven ability to conduct requirements gathering sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently within a cross-functional team structure.
