Description

You will monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents to protect digital assets from the on-site team in Lincoln, Nebraska.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of security events to identify potential breaches or incidents.
• Investigate alerts to determine the scope, impact, and severity of threats.
• Respond to real-time security threats as a member of the Information Security Team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security operations or incident response.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall monitoring.
• Knowledge of IPS and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong analytical skills for threat detection and mitigation.
• Ability to work on-call.
• Must be located in Lincoln, Nebraska, or willing to commute daily.
• Any graduate degree.
