Description

You will lead penetration testing initiatives and manage security project activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all security project-related activities.
• Plan and execute penetration testing activities using industry-standard methodologies.
• Set up and maintain penetration testing frameworks to support current and future requirements.
• Perform manual and automated network penetration testing using open-source and commercial tools.
• Validate tool reports, manage incidents via ticketing tools, and publish vulnerability reports with improvement recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in security operations or penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with Rapid7 tools.
• Proficiency in Network Penetration Testing (NPT) and manual testing techniques.
• Knowledge of SOC activities and incident management processes.
• Ability to justify security posture and assist stakeholders in improving application and host security.
• Strong understanding of security compliance and project business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills for report walkthroughs and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CEH, ESCA, or LPT.
