Security Operations Manager

Lead the SecOps team to protect IT assets and manage security tool operations in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor security engineers, setting clear objectives and establishing KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day operations for security products including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, firewalls, CASB, and DLP.
• Collaborate with IT security and operations teams to integrate security best practices and facilitate end-user requests.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and incident response remediation processes.
• Oversee the security budget and present reports on security incidents and issues.

Required Skills

• 8 to 14 years of experience in security operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Network Security expertise including IPS/IDS, FW, DNS, Global WAN, and Web Security.
• SaaS security knowledge covering CASB and DLP.
• Product security experience with API protection, Secrets for API, Anti-Bot Protection, and WAF.
• Email security proficiency with Mimecast.
• Endpoint security experience using Crowdstrike (EDR), JAMF/Intune, Tenable, and AutoMoX.
• Proven ability to manage security tools and reduce SLA response times.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISM, or CISA.
• Advanced degrees in technical fields.
