Description

You will manage global teams to implement security requirements and protect information and financial assets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement security requirements across key programmes and provide project management expertise.
• Support delivery of tooling to implement controls ensuring compliance with Information Security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain visibility of IT security risk profiles, exposures, and control effectiveness.
• Drive engagement with global stakeholders across Strategy, Architecture, Security Engineering, and IT Functions.
• Collaborate to drive implementation of enterprise-wide and regional IT Strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership.
• Detailed understanding of securing the end-to-end image and container lifecycle from build to production.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker security.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EKS, ECS, AWS Config, AWS IAM, and AWS KMS.
• Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals, cryptography, and the shared responsibility model.
• Understanding of AWS networking from a security perspective.
• Ability to manage and challenge IT security risk appetite breaches.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated security testing tools such as KubeTest, NetAssert, GOSS, Grafeas, or KubeHunter.
• Knowledge of threat modelling methodologies like STRIDE or PASTA.
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and remediation.
