Description

Manage ongoing physical security projects, day-to-day operations, and technical oversight for installations and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting assistance, and escalation support for security systems.
• Coordinate technician schedules and shared resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, walkthroughs, and project oversight to ensure quality.
• Oversee installations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and rapid-response issues.
• Assist with department growth, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience supporting physical security systems.
• Hands-on background with installation, service, troubleshooting, or engineering of security systems.
• Experience leading projects, coordinating teams, or serving in a lead/foreman capacity.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable splitting time between office responsibilities and field work.
• Knowledge of Access Control Systems, CCTV, Video Surveillance, and Burglar Alarm Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Honeywell, Lenel / LenelS2 (OnGuard), or Genetec systems.
• Familiarity with Dormakaba, Salto, or ButterflyMX access control technologies.
