Description

You coordinate and manage security, access control, CCTV, burglar alarm, networking, AV, and integrated low-voltage projects from kickoff through closeout. This role combines project management, field coordination, and technical oversight to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and installation coordination plans while tracking milestones and labor needs.
• Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals, and RFIs to ensure proper execution of system layouts and equipment requirements.
• Support field technicians with technical questions, issue resolution, and coordination during installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries to support the installation schedule and resolve escalations.
• Manage closeout documentation, punch lists, and final testing to ensure successful system hand-off and client training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security, low-voltage integration, AV, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, access control, CCTV, burglar alarms, networking, and integrated low-voltage technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, scopes of work, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, clients, and field teams.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with D-Tools and project management software.

High School Diploma or GED required.
