You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of secure network and server environments in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain secure network and server environments.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues involving product installation, system integration, and hardware/software.
• Perform software upgrades, deployments, and patch management for Linux/Unix systems.
• Configure and optimize firewalls, load balancers, and server operating systems.
• Develop, test, and execute Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system integration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems, including installation and maintenance.
• Proven ability to configure firewalls and load balancers.
• Experience with system backup and restoration procedures.
• Experience performing system hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze requirements and user stories for test case creation.
• Experience with system testing, debugging, and monitoring.
• Background in customer-facing support roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira for defect tracking.
