Description

You will develop security features for cloud and on-premise software solutions and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and enhance CASB, DLP, and other security functionalities within cloud firewall architectures.
• Design and develop security solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze, debug, and fix complex technical issues within the hosted platform.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and suggest solutions to complex problems.
• Drive innovation by troubleshooting and solving field-reported queries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Information Security with a focus on firewalls and security software development.
• Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, Routing, HTTP, and DNS.
• Hands-on experience with IDS, IPS, Firewalls, and DPI.
• Practical knowledge of Forward and Reverse Proxies, Antivirus, DLP, CASB, RBI, and UEBA.
• In-depth knowledge of security architectures and encryption techniques.
• Experience with application protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, TLS, and DNS.
• Proven ability in large-scale software design and development.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
