Obtains buy-in from the executive project sponsors of the mission, vision, strategy and approach.
Works with business partners to ensure all proper requirements and supporting development deliverables are accounted for and well documented.
Initiates, compiles, audits and assembles all project resources and reporting materials for key stakeholders based on agreed upon reporting lines and methods.
Evaluates project risk, changes and issues, including development of contingency plans and solution and process alternatives.
Ensures that resources assigned to the project have all the tools and information needed to perform their project tasks.
Ensures that the project complies with IT Project Life Cycle methodology.
Plays a lead role in managing and coordinating major systems and business projects and provides tactical and strategic input to the project.
Monitors issues between projects and resolves project conflict.
Participates in contract negotiations with clients, contractors and vendors.
Performs project audit for projects.
Other duties as required.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent, with 4-7 years of experience.
Project management certification or equivalent work experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of encryption, certificates, key management, etc.
Experience with Venafi, Cyberark, Fortanix, or Hashi Vault a plus
