Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Network and Service Assurance across core-to-edge security protocols. You own the troubleshooting, design, and implementation of enterprise security infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network and service issues on Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Zscaler platforms while meeting SLA/KPI targets.
• Design and implement End-to-End architectures, including High Level and Low Level designs (HLD/LLD) for Zscaler and related security platforms.
• Manage the Zscaler Admin Portal, configuring Application Control, Web Control, URL filtering, and bandwidth classes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for connectivity issues and provide technical recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
• Execute technical configurations for Okta SAML 2.0 authentication, TLS/SSL interception, and Cloud Firewall policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise security and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Cloud Proxy (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
• Deep technical knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls and Zone Based Firewalls.
• Proficiency in Routing and Switching, Cisco ASA, and VPN technologies (Site-to-Site and Remote Access).
• Experience with Cloud Based Proxy, Content Filtering, and Deep Packet Inspection.
• Knowledge of DDoS prevention, Data Center security, and Enterprise Security troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring Okta (SAML 2.0) and managing user authentication via AD.
• Strong analytical skills for RCA and reporting using MS Office.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical use cases and architectural designs.

• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and research emerging infrastructure technologies and best practices.
