Description

You own Microsoft 365 cloud security operations, dark web monitoring, and web application security scanning to maintain high availability and user hygiene.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Managed Security Service tickets and resolve them in a timely fashion.
• Perform extensive mailbox searches to identify and remove targeted emails posing cybersecurity risks.
• Act as the primary Level 1 escalation point for O365 cloud services across IT teams.
• Identify security risks and vulnerabilities in the O365 environment, proposing mitigation actions.
• Maintain email security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, malware, phishing, and account compromises.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT security roles.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and cloud-app security platform.
• Proficient in Exchange PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of email security layers including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with dark web monitoring and web application security scanning tools.
• Ability to coordinate with Security Analysts and internal solutions desks.
• Experience conducting periodic security audits and establishing email-related standards.

• Input provided to identity management solutions.
• Experience supporting security awareness activities.
