Description

Secure API and microservice architectures while integrating security into the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate penetration testing and internal bug bounties to identify vulnerabilities.
• Implement security measures specifically for API and microservice architectures.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed security best practices into the SDLC.
• Monitor, respond to, and manage security incidents and breaches.
• Perform security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security roles.
• Proven experience conducting penetration testing and managing internal bug bounties.
• Deep understanding of API and microservice architecture security.
• Knowledge of security standards including OWASP and NIST.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with cloud security in AWS and Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of secure coding, code review, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP.
