You will own the administration and maintenance of system and application security controls for Z/OS environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ACF2 to control access across TSO (ISPF), application data, and system files, including JCL and program libraries.
• Develop and update ACF2 rules based on authorizations provided by agency security officers.
• Manage access controls for sequential datasets, DB2/IMS databases, LDAP, CA-Scheduler, and systems services like JES2.
• Maintain user groups, test security product upgrades, and document usage procedures.
• Respond to audits and investigative requests securely while maintaining SSL certificates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proficiency with Z/OS, JES2, SMP/E, TSO, IOF, JCL, IOCP/HCD, COBOL, REXX, and PROCS.
• Experience developing and creating security profiles and establishing user-IDs using ACF2.
• In-depth knowledge of information security policies and industry compliance standards.
• Strong troubleshooting ability in production environments.
• Understanding of role-based security models and enterprise-wide security administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CA-Scheduler and JES2 system services.
• Background in maintaining SSL certificates.
