Description

You will own performance and capacity deliverables for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory management standards. You will review technical project documentation to identify capacity impacts, then engage with project teams to provide consulting and support. Working alongside support teams, you will develop forecasts and models for impacted components. During performance testing, you will analyze saturation results and artifacts to measure capacity thresholds. You will also manage capacity-related business-as-usual activities to satisfy audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review technical documentation to identify performance and capacity impacts on infrastructure.
• Provide consulting and support to projects identified with capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with support teams to create forecasts and models for component capacity.
• Analyze saturation test results and tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk to interpret capacity limits.
• Support capacity-related BAU activities and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Capacity Management experience.
• Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies and ITIL best practices.
• Proficiency in COBIT framework and risk/regulatory management.
• Ability to apply mathematical, statistical, and quantitative analytics.
• Experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Familiarity with operating system performance measurement tools (SAR, PerfMon).
• Working knowledge of ITSM and infrastructure architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TrueSight Capacity Optimizer.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks using Jira and Confluence.
