Description

You will own IT capacity and performance monitoring to ensure infrastructure stability.

Responsibilities

• Execute capacity planning using mathematical and statistical quantitative analytics.
• Apply ITIL capacity management best practices and the COBIT framework.
• Monitor system performance using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Analyze operating system performance using SAR and vmstat.
• Foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management.
• Proficiency with AppDynamics or Dynatrace.
• Experience with Splunk for data analysis.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Experience with operating system performance measurement tools like SAR or vmstat.
• Understanding of infrastructure architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Jira.
• Ability to apply quantitative analytics to capacity planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TrueSight Capacity Optimizer.
• Experience with PerfMon or Confluence.
