Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive AUTOSAR BSW testing including MCAL, ECU Abstraction, OS, and Services layers with various sensors.
- Execute hands-on testing of communication protocols including CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay, and diagnostics using UDS/DoIP.
- Design and implement test architecture for System Test environments including SIL, HIL, and Vehicle testing.
- Develop test frameworks and automation libraries using strong programming skills in multiple languages.
- Design and execute comprehensive cybersecurity test strategies in compliance with UN R155 and UN R156 regulations.
- Perform detailed Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment validation and derive security test scenarios based on identified threats.
- Conduct thorough penetration testing on automotive systems including ECU, CAN, Ethernet, and OTA interfaces.
- Validate secure communication protocols including authentication, encryption, and data integrity mechanisms across various automotive interfaces.
- Test and verify secure boot, secure flashing, and OTA update mechanisms ensuring protection against various attack vectors.
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic security testing including UDS Security Access and validate protection against unauthorized system access.
- Work closely with BSW, ASW, and system teams to ensure complete cybersecurity requirements traceability throughout development.
- Analyze vulnerabilities, support detailed root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed compliance documentation, comprehensive test reports, and audit evidence to support OEM cybersecurity certification.
- Provide strong technical leadership and mentoring to teams while driving automation and AI adoption in testing.
- Define comprehensive test strategies, coverage metrics, and key performance indicators for automotive security testing projects.
