Description

Lead large-scale security testing programs across infrastructure and application layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated security testing assessments to identify exposures and ensure alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage security test projects to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, and defined scope.
• Triage vulnerabilities and provide technical input to mitigate risks by implementing shift-left methodologies within the development lifecycle.
• Develop testing processes and approaches to maintain quality standards and compliance with industry-specific regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of the security testing function and provide insights on quality issues across wider delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience scoping large security testing programs at the infrastructure and application level.
• Proven expertise in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Research, or Application Security.
• Deep technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, and authentication protocols.
• Experience in secure software design, secure architectures, and vulnerability management/remediation.
• Proficiency in cryptography and threat intelligence.
• Experience operating within a regulatory sector and managing risk identification.
• Ability to conduct formal security reviews in conjunction with development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of non-functional requirements such as availability, resilience, alerting, and event management.
