Description
You will lead the end-to-end implementation and strategy for Segment CDP environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute Segment CDP strategies for data ingestion, customer profile synthesis, and journey orchestration.
- Design and build integrations between Segment and external data sources or downstream systems.
- Collaborate with IT, Product Owners, and Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define and manage standards for data quality, source mapping, and data governance.
- Synthesize customer profiles into traits and audiences to enable a 360-degree customer view.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience implementing and using Segment CDP.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 end-to-end Segment CDP implementations.
- Hands-on experience implementing Segment for online and offline channels including CRM, Call Center, Marketing, MDM, and Point of Sale.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Data Modelling, and Data Warehouse management.
- Deep understanding of ETL, Reverse ETL, Identity resolution, and Data Quality/Cleansing.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience managing data ingestion and integration with external systems.
Preferred Skills
- Segment CDP certification.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, digital analytics, and the MarTech space.
